My Quarantine Mood, Day #8

Staying at home today, I understood that there is no sense to sit and worry about what is going on, about the virus and what can happen tomorrow. The time we live in now can be stressful for many people who are not used to sitting at home and simply for those who are lack of vitamin D. It seems like there is no end to all of it. But it is not. Instead of being in a depressive mood, I choose to be positive.

I believe that quarantine is an opportunity for all of us to become better. There are so many ways to create a better future today and now. And the words of Malcom X, “The future belongs to those who prepare for it today,” bring us to mind that this time is extremely precious for self-development. Why don’t you take some time to go in for sports and make your body to be the same as in your dreams? Why don’t you take some time to read a book instead of wasting your time on useless things?

As for me, I decided to read more books and go in for sports from today. Even 20 minutes dedicated to the body daily can bring fantastic result in the future. Isn’t it?

  1. I SO need to add exercise into my days. That isn’t a quarantine problem since I always work from home, but now I see the need more than ever because usually at least I can leave the house to walk around the mall and such. Now I can’t do that.
